This policy is valid solely for performances of Shoji Entertainments, Inc., THE SHOJI TABUCHI SHOW<\/strong>, in Branson, Missouri\r\n
and for tickets purchased directly through the theatre’s Box Office.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

\u2022 Tickets may be exchanged solely for different performances of THE SHOJI TABUCHI SHOW<\/strong>. <\/p>\r\n

\u2022 Exchanges must be made no later than 24-hours prior to start of the originally-ticketed performance. <\/p>\r\n

\u2022 Currently, there is no fee for exchanges.<\/p>\r\n

\u2022 Tickets may be exchanged for any other single performance on sale at time of exchange, subject to blackout dates and other restrictions. Exchanges may not be made for same the performance. <\/p>\r\n

\u2022 Exchanges will only be made through original point of purchase: <\/p>\r\n

   a. For tickets purchased at the Box Office, please contact the Box Office with the receipt and confirmation number.<\/p>\r\n

   b. For group, exchanges can only be made through the Group Sales Office. Group minimums still apply for any performance in which the tickets are used. <\/p>\r\n

   c. Tickets purchased via 3rd party providers must<\/em> be exchanged through the 3rd party provider.<\/p>\r\n

\u2022 Exchanges will be valued at original face value of the ticket purchased. Additional payments apply if choosing a performance or section that costs more than the original or if exchanges are from an originally-discounted ticket into\r\n a performance with no discounted tickets available. <\/p>\r\n

\u2022 New special offers may not be applied to exchanged tickets. <\/p>\r\n
